Hertz Teknik is a Malaysian company specialized in mechanical and process installation works. Hertz Teknik has been appointed by Corn Products Amardass to relocate the Glucose production plant from Germany to Sikhiu, Nakornratchasima.


Project Description :

Scope of works include installation of Glucose production equipments which have been relocated from Emsland, Germany, reinstallation of process piping and provide necessary labors and tools to assist client during the plant commissioning process


Project Details :

Details of works are listed below :
Installation of equipments and tanks including agitators.
Supply and installation of steam, compressed air, warm water, fresh water and cooling water pipes.
Installation of CIP and product pipes.
Installation of ION exchange pipes.
Installation of chemical dosing pipes.
Provide necessary labors and tools to assist client during plant commissioning.
